A specialized training course on
"Strategic Leadership and Joint Operations"
was held in Amman during
October 29 – November 10, 2008

The course was conducted by high-level professionals from North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the Arab Institute for Security Studies (ACSIS).

Participants in the training acquired an advanced level concepts pertaining to combining joint operations, planning of logistical management, procedures employed at the operations theatre, dealing with disasters, psychological management and other important concepts. At the conclusion of the training, participants will qualify for certificates granted by both NATO and ACSIS.

Participants in the course included officers from Jordan, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
